Delivery FAQs
Delivery days and cut-off times
Wednesday delivery — order by Monday midnight.
Saturday delivery — order by Thursday midnight.
Orders placed after the cutoff are held for the next scheduled delivery day.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to Calgary, Chestermere, Airdrie, and Okotoks. Not sure if we reach your address? Drop us a message and we’ll confirm.
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
Not necessarily. Our default delivery method is ‘leave at door’
You can include specific delivery instructions in the checkout notes if you’d like to personally receive your item, leave with a neighbour, etc. If we can’t complete the delivery and there are no instructions, we’ll hold your order and contact you to arrange re-delivery on the next available delivery day.
Can I pick up my order?
No. City Barn Foods is a delivery-only operation. We don’t have a walk-in location.
